Smarter Sleep at the Basement Resource Centre On Thursday 30th July, The Basement Resource Centre, Shine hosted the first of our planned Taster Talks.

With the evenings getting longer and the weather improving it is a good time to make positive and healthy lifestyle changes. Here are some tips to follow when you are planning to make a lifestyle change such as giving up cigarettes, getting fitter or loosing weight.
Remember your bed is for sleeping, not for worrying so if you are unable to sleep after 30 minutes get up and have a glass of water or read a magazine. Only return to bed when you feel more relaxed.
