Talking to our psychologists in one-to-one sessions can help. Depending on your needs our psychologists can provide time-conscious and solution-focused therapy or longer term counselling. This process will help you to develop the practical skills to Think Smarter; Live Smarter so that you can get your life back on track.

Our psychologists begin with an Initial Assessment Session where you can discuss your concerns and difficulties. This is an opportunity for your psychologist to gather relevant information and the goals you want to set for your psychological therapy. It is also an opportunity to talk to you about confidentiality. Depending on the presenting problem and your needs your psychologist will work out a schedule of ‘time-conscious therapies’ or longer-term support. Sessions are 50 minute duration and cost €80 per session.
